Indelible Images
Immortalizing moments has been a hallmark of my life. When I was at school, I was that kid in the darkroom crafting each yearbook. Ever since, I’ve had a camera slung around my neck poised to capture fleeting but heartfelt moments at friend’s houses, parties, business events, spontaneous meetups.
This passion consumed my leisure time as I pursued a career in luxury hospitality. But as with all things serendipitous, the two quickly intersected and I found myself creating images for some of the world’s largest hotel brands such as Mandarin Oriental.
What I’ve learned from decades of looking down a lens is that trust and ease are the keys to spontaneous moments that become indelible images. A bond between photographer and subject, struck in the blink of an eye, that creates photography that lasts a lifetime.
